Prospective Clients
What to expect:
Please contact us directly to speak with our Practice Manager, Debra James, who will work to verify your insurance. Then, a clinician will reach out to schedule a time to speak with you to help select your therapist. We want to make sure that we have someone that is a good fit for you, and if not– we will make a referral to our colleagues or community partners. Our clinicians accept a variety of insurances, and we have a sliding scale that is based on income and household size for those who choose to pay for services out of pocket. Proof of income will be helpful for us, so please have that ready when you call.
If we are a good fit for you, you will receive a secure portal where you can sign important documents and communicate with your clinician on an encrypted platform. Those who elect to use the sliding scale (private pay) will receive a Good Faith Estimate that will help you to see how much services will cost out of pocket.
After your informed consent and other important documents are signed, your therapist will reach out to schedule the intake evaluation where a thorough history will be taken. Your clinician will then work with you to establish a schedule for future sessions. We will also let you know if there are specialty groups or programming that we think you are a good fit for.
