About Meredith Buckingham, MA, LPC-IT, CSAC

As an addictions counselor, I believe that therapy can be a starting point for individuals to harness their strengths and work toward solutions to enhance their quality of life. I believe each person is unique and deserves an individualized approach to therapy. My goal as a clinician is to get to know each client, learn about what motivates them, and help them work toward achieving their goals. Recovery is not a “one size fits all” program. My objective is to assist clients in discovering what their recovery will look like.
